In my house, we have soooooooooo many books about “Things that Go”. From cars, airplanes, trains, to construction equipment, if it has wheels, we’ve probably read it! Book 1: Woosh!

The book Woosh!: Lonnie Johnson’s Super-Soaking Stream of Inventions was such a fun read! We did this at a summer learning camp I worked and the students loved it! This book is perfect for STEM time, Black History Month, or if you want to do a science project on how the super soaker works.

Kumon K & UP Science is a perfect fit for our kindergarten. It has stickers to help keep the kids engaged, which is a major plus. The book is broken into three major sections, life science, Earth science, and space science, and has 48 different lessons.
